I walk the walk

On death’s door from alcoholism. I survived a chaotic life that should have killed me.

And I know how to change your body when the odds are stacked against you, because I’ve done it with mine. Rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and other conditions that on paper say this shouldn’t be possible. I change anyway. So I know how to change you, physically and mentally.

Skinny in rehab. Then overweight, bingeing on food. Then average. Then lean, strong and healthy, and I’ve stayed there. I’ve had every physique imaginable, so I know exactly what it takes to change one.

I didn’t walk out of college and call myself a coach. I’ve lived this, obsessed over it, and done it on my own body. Then I did it for my clients, year after year. I know what works.

Different on purpose

I’m not a personal trainer

A PT counts your reps for an hour, takes your money, and waves you off.

Then you go home to the bit that actually changes your body. Your nutrition. Your sleep. Your weekends. Your head. The other 23 hours of the day. None of it is their problem.

You don’t need someone stood next to you counting to twelve. You don’t need to rent motivation by the hour. The second they leave, you’re on your own and nothing’s moved.

I take the whole process off your hands. I build your plan around your life and look at everything, from your food and training right down to your sleep and stress levels. I hold you accountable to the highest standard. I manage the whole protocol and adjust it whenever your body needs it. Everything that goes into losing fat, building muscle, or doing both at once. You follow what I put in front of you, and the results look after themselves.

FAQ

Do I have to count calories?
Not with 1:1. I give you the food, you eat the food. No apps, no maths, no obsessing over numbers all day.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. I don't do what other coaches do. No tying you into 3, 6 or 12 months, no paying months upfront. It's rolling, month to month. You stay because it works.
I'm busy and I travel. Can I still do it?
Yes. The plan's built into your life, and we plan for travel and busy weeks. Busy isn't the problem. Excuses are.
Do you only coach men?
Mostly men, but women are welcome and held to exactly the same standard.
What's the difference between 1:1 and the 12 Week Cut?
1:1 is direct access to me: a plan written for you, live adjustments as your body changes, form checks, and me in constant communication the whole way. The 12 Week Cut runs the same coaching and methods through the app over 12 weeks, for less. Both get you results. But 1:1 is the fastest, most personal route there is, me building everything around you, adjusting the second your body changes, and holding you to it until you get there. The 12 Week Cut is brilliant value. 1:1 is the real deal.
I've got an injury or a health condition. Can you still coach me?
Yes. I train around rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis myself, so I know how to build a plan around what your body can handle. An injury changes the plan, it doesn't cancel it.
